Our Focus: Event decorating is centered on transforming a venue to reflect the theme, style, and ambiance desired by our client. It can involve the creative design and physical setup of all visual elements. It can be where we are hired to decorate with your curated decorations.
Tasks:
Designing and selecting themes, color schemes, and overall aesthetic.
Sourcing and setting up decorations, including balloons, floral arrangements, centerpieces, table settings, and backdrops.
Arranging furniture and decor elements to create a cohesive and inviting atmosphere.
Incorporating brand or personal touches that align with the event's purpose.
Ensuring all decor aligns with the event’s vision and meets the client's expectations.
Our Role: We are responsible for the visual and atmospheric aspects of the event. We bring the event’s theme to life through thoughtful design and meticulous execution of decor elements.
Pricing: Our event decorating fees and services can vary based on your needs. For most it's $75/hour and that does not include the actual decorations. This would just be overall design concept and execution of the design. Cost of the rentals, balloons, decorations and more would be a separate charge.
