Our Focus: Event planning involves the initial stages of organizing an event. This includes conceptualizing the event, setting objectives, and determining the logistics.
Tasks:
Developing the event concept or theme.
Budgeting and financial planning.
Selecting the venue.
Coordinating with vendors and suppliers (e.g., caterers, decorators).
Creating timelines and schedules.
Planning the event from concept to completion.
Our Role: Event planners are responsible for the creative and logistical blueprint of the event. They often work closely with clients to understand their vision and goals. Most of the time we can handle the decorating as well. If your vision entails something beyond our skill set we will work with you to identify the ideal vendor to execute your vision.
Pricing: Our event planning fees and services can vary based on your needs. For most it's $75/hour but can be bundled based on services and packages.
